Ok just talked to Mancini they said the kit has been changed to all flat except the steel. So apparently I have the correct new and improved kit.

In the process I broke a case bolt. If anyone has one let me know I'll buy it from ya. New set is 65.00 at Dr.Diff but I don't want to spend that kind of money when I only need one.
