Switching rad from auto to four speed question

So I bought a B Cool 26 inch rad for my WannaBee, electric fans, controller, the whole shebang. The rad is for a car with an automatic, 727.
I’ve switched to a four speed, but would rather not change radiators. Should I use what I have, or take a huge loss on selling this one and get a proper four speed rad? If I can I would just block of the tranny cooler and go. Am I missing something?

The car is not an original, the radiator does not look like a factory unit and YOU should do whatever YOU want with YOUR car!

Plug them off and go.

Thanks for the answers, gents. It’s what I suspected, but seemed too simple somehow. Thought that I better ask now rather then have to scramble for something different later.

Oh yeah, there is nothing original about this thing other then the colour. Originally a 318/904 car. Now with stroked 440/pistol grip four speed. Dakota digital dash, white bucket interior, “C” stripe and top. B5 blue. 17 inch road wheels. Ram charger hood and air box. QA1 k frame. Fuel injection. Seats are currently in the upholstery shop, engine is currently at the machine shop in Edmonton.
I’m a painter, not a mechanic so some has been slow going. Kerns build was very helpful and I found it motivating.
Wife and I decided together on every detail what to put on it, as if we were ordering a new one from Dodge.
Still in the reassembly stage but wife’s cancer diagnosis was an incentive to finish it. She’s clean now, I just need to finish the car.

The only reason to plug the cooler fittings is to keep dirt out (in case you ever want to use the cooler).

Thank you. It was the hardest thing ever. But good actually came from it. Because she works in health care on the front line she gets to advise many people going through the same thing. But she has survivors guilt as some don’t make it.

Something like she went through puts life into perspective. One Day at a Time!!

I think the most important thing that we learned is that cancer is not always a death sentence. It can be, but we had no idea of how many survive until we went through it. Survivors are everywhere.
Modern medicine has made great strides forward in the last decade. Chemo, while bad, was not that bad. She had to get chemo every three weeks for several months. First day after she would be giddy, euphoric, almost. Second day would be bad, occasionally screaming in pain as her nerve endings reacted. The third day would be almost a hangover from day two. Then two and a half weeks of peace until the next treatment. Radiation, not so bad.
At the time she was going through it three others had the exact same cancer, stage three endometrial cancer. . One had stage four. All are still alive and clean except one who had to delay treatment because she got the flu bad. Then she put off treatment. She passed last fall.
I feel for anyone going through this. Some on this site are going through this and I correspond with some of them.
The stress is terrible and relentless. I lost twenty pounds and it was only recently that I could sleep normally. I aged dramatically. And I was on the outside looking in. My wife handled it with grace and dignity. When her hair fell out she held her head high and went out in public as if nothing happened. Some people did a double take, small kids asked questions. Everyone was nice.
You get through it.
