The best car photo ever and why you like it.

I saw that 70 Plymouth at the Sacramento Autorama about 10 years ago. It wasn't much lower than my car. I do have to idle over speed bumps because of the headers but I'm okay with that.
KD....
Your car is gorgeous. Seeing past posts of what it took to get 'er done are commendable.
Stresses my point on the completion of a
passion.

I cant pick one...these are all from the past few years...

Surely not the best ever, to anyone but me. First picture I took of my first GTX, on my honeymoon, in 1977. Since then I've owned five other GTXs, but Diane and I are still married.

These because I love front engine dragsters. Top one shows the smoke being blown away by the headers and the 2nd is an old poster I have.

Wasn't sure if this is an "own car" photo thread or just any car. But here are few of my favorites of my car and of photos I have taken.

My daughter actually took this one because she's into the artsy look.

These two pictures are taken from the movie “More American Graffiti” that inspired a friend’s desire to own this ‘63 Belvedere.
The Rettig Brothers race team team was based out of California.

A few years ago a ‘64 Dodge D-500, also a Rettig Brothers car carrier, was found and graciously and fortunately reunited with the ‘63 Belvedere.

There was a 40 year reunion of these historic vehicles and I was a part of it by helping with the display at the Chicagoland Corvette & Muscle Car Show a few years ago. I actually drove the ‘64 D-500 on the Tollway to Rosemont Illinois show. We stayed in the right lane but the semi trucks were non to pleased with our progress. “ Ironballs”was born. I did do a post previously on this site. I know this contains more that one photo but what the hell.

Probably one of my top ten favorites of my car. With my truck in the reflection.
And the day it was dropped off last Oct . When He backed it out on the platform the whole thing shook a little ,,,,,and I about had a heart attack.

just out for a ride, went after pizza or something with the wife in the road runner.

I like this one for what it represents. An American manufacturer fueled by desire to beat the pants off Ferrari puts together a team and rips the trophy from Enzo's hands.

My favorite pics of the X - now recently passed on to it’s new owner - my lifelong best friend.

Sure do miss this truck. Should of never sold it back in 2009. Bought it in 2006 and drove from Southern California to Washington and then across to the country to where I'm at now.
