Strange...I don't post my birthdate because I don't care so much about a birthday celebration. We all are born on a certain day so it just seemed well intentioned but not necessary for me.
I'd rather be thanked for something that I did for someone.
There are members on this forum that do go out of there way to help others. To me, they deserve to be thanked instead.
It is hard to break tradition though. I still wish the Happy Birthday to those I appreciate but if I miss one, it doesn't mean I don't like them, it probably means they just slipped by my attention.
