When i was a kid we lived on a farm, bad water flow from the well, on Saturday we used one bathtub of water dad first, then mom, then my sister and then me the youngest, i would complain and got a pot of cold water to pour over the my head to rinse with. By my turn you couldn’t see the bottom of the tub. So yeah the soap thing rings true hear.
