As an aside, my Dad bought a a new 1960 Valiant, it was by far worst car he ever had. All sorts of electrical problems. He traded it for a 1962 Chrysler Newport, a great car with NO troubles.

OK guys, what is the first year a manufacturer offered swivel bucket seats?

I don’t think anyone on this group was alive when the first swivel buckets were made. I remember Chrysler products had them in 1959.
I think you are the winner. I was thinking 58 or 59, I can verify 59, but cannot confirm one in 58.
Your turn?
One thing you are wrong about is there are many of us here old enough to know the cars of the era. I was 12 then.:)

Ah! The question was! What year did a manufacturer make swivel buckets, so I have not researched further.
New question!! Should be easy.
In 1964, what Dodges, model, and body configuration, (ie) sedan, hardtop, convertible were available with a console?

1964 Dodge with console would be Coronet 500 2door hardtop and convertible.

Can’t tell you about darts.

Question was. In 1964 what Dodges were available with a console? Disregard the Darts . Ie ( body configuration, model, sedan hardtop
One answer is partially correct.
