Everytime I get a full inbox it's about imposible to delete them The menu that is supposed to be at the bottom of the page doesn't appear on the screen. I'm lost.

If anyone can fill a gold member's message box it's Doug helping guys.As one of the major helpers here Doug and highly appreciated, I fixed it for ya!
...and yet if it were too easy as in just a single swipe - it could be done accidentally, and then all hell would break loose like "Where the hell did my messages all go?"Talk about over complicating something that should be just a simple swipe or check box.
Stupid has blamed the system too many times. If you accidentally delete the message, you blame Stupid for that, not the system.

I know how to do it, and I maintain my inbox, but that doesn’t change the fact that the process is poorly designed.Actually it's quite easy. There are windows with options. Do it on a computer or laptop. You can do it on your phone but turn the screen sideways. If you aren't Gold and have pop up ads you may have trouble.
Here is How to delete conversations from your inbox...

Click the check boxes of the conversations you want to delete

A menu will come up on the bottom of the page - Choose LEAVE CONVERSATIONS then click "GO" (that is the same thing as delete)
![]()
One more thing to do. A box will come up once you press GO asking if you want to Accept or Ignore future messages. Make your choice and click SAVE. Either choice will remove the conversation from your box.

Just as an FYI - depending on your membership level, you may have an ad...

You get into the list of all your messages, You click on the ones you want to delete, click on what you want to do with it (choose action), and then click go. Really pretty simple once you do it. I can see why it is designed the way it is. When you click on "Direct messages" a few of the latest ones come up in the box. The software could eliminate a step by listing out all your messages. When that list comes up, a single "delete" button could eliminate the pop up box with the options. But, then you don't get any options. That's perfect in an Apple world but not a program written for a PC.I know how to do it, and I maintain my inbox, but that doesn’t change the fact that the process is poorly designed.
Or blames us....that said, I haven't deleted any of mine since the last upgrade but if the last update didn't change the way messages are deleted....then I found it not to be all that hard to do. I will admit that it took me a bit to figure it out but once I did, it wasn't hard.Stupid has blamed the system too many times.![]()
