Small price to pay, small price....until you have to do a 3-point turn or parallel park in a front end heavy hemi car with wide tires.
Yes manuals are good. Two granddaughters know sticks really well. Oldest one would like to get a new stick car,Toyota makes one. Either one could drive the 383 or the 440. Other granddaughter could get used to it quite easily. Grandson doesn’t appear to be that interested. But life is good, both he and his sister are very good in the quarter. Both have had a few perfect lights.3 out of 4 are manual... I'd change the 4th to manual in a heart beat if it wasn't a Bird !

I think that's what Popeye said; it's good for the forearms.View attachment 1191060 View attachment 1191061 I spent most of last weekend (60's & sunny) running the cars and motorcycles for the last time in 2021 as winter is fast approaching where I live. My routine for them is to head down to fill up with fresh gas and go for a drive around the country section, about a 10 mile square of county blacktops. The last car to go was our 1968 GTX, a factory manual steering car, as I was rolling down the road I thought to myself there really is nothing quite like a old manual steering car, what a great old fashion real feel of the road! Here she is basking in the sunlight before getting parked for the winter.
My tractor has power steering; my GTX does not."There is just nothing like a classic car with manual steering."
Well, maybe a tractor.
Same here. Hell some lawn mowers have power steering and my GTX don't, whats this world coming to...lolMy tractor has power steering; my GTX does not.![]()
