Thinking of going hydraulic clutch for my 4 speed conversion

I like this guy's push setup. Clearance could be tight though.

You are doing it the right way with all the hydraulics out side of the bell housing. I have seen way too many posts about guys having a leaky or malfunctioning hydraulic TO bearings.
I thought about a hydraulic clutch and I even bought all the stuff I need to make it happen. I was going to use the Wilwood pull type slave and a Howe master. I seen pics of a mounting bracket for the pull type bolted to the side cover of the transmission.

I used a pull type Neal slave in my last dirt modified...made a bracket that welded to the frame.

I also had one that bolted to the side of the trans tunnel.

That's looks nice. Is that angled bracket from the dakota too?
Yes, the 45 degrees from the firewall is good but it also had about 15 degrees to the side that I straightened and now it's good in both directions.

Got a couple pieces coming from Brewers... Should be here in time for surgery on Monday.

Might get back to this project in late January.

Stay tuned...
