Throwout bearing touching fingers.

Clips are sprung on the throw out bearing. I would get a new one that matches whatever Brewers tell you

Flywheel should be 1.00” thick. Unless it’s something special for a six pack motor I don’t know about. That could be the problem. A steel flywheel is a good safety upgrade.
It is a 440+6 so maybe that’s a big part of where my problem lies.

They sprung like that when I was trying to get the fork out before I realized I could pull the trans back with it still on. But will definitely be getting the right one with what Brewers says.

An 11" flywheel that is 1" thick is 36 lbs. 1.25 thick would be around 45 lbs, that's heavy!
This is the 11" flywheel I have on mine.

Wasn’t the six pack engine externally balanced? What does the back side of the flywheel look like? An 11” clutch would have a 12-5/8” dia. bolt circle pattern. The 10-1/2” has an 11-5/8” bolt circle.

Opps - I see Padam posted the bolt pattern dimensions above.

Brewers site lists the 6 pack flywheel as 10.5”

Who knows what the current combo is. Might that be some kind of truck flywheel?

I would be worried about the rotating assembly too. What is the balance required?

I should ad that the McCleod flywheels have a provision for adding balance weights.
I hate to keep saying this but Brewers are the people to talk to.
