Looking to buy some Magnum 500 style series 54 rims on JEGS for my '73 Charger. Want to go with 275/60R15 on back and 235/60R15 on front. Anybody use this combo on a 71-74 Charger and will they fit okay without rubbing and without jacking the back end up. Want to keep the stock suspension height in the back. Also does the 275/60 need a 10 inch rim or will the 8 inch work okay?

73 Charger wheel wells, both front and rear are very forgiving. No problem with 8'' and 275/60/15 on rear.
The front should be ok. For me I like 70 or even 75's on the front but that's just me.Old school big and little's.
I had a problem on a early B with front 15''x8'' 4 1/2'' back space that the wheel weights hit the upper control arm at the tip of the ball joint framing.Peeled the weights right off as soon as the car moved. Just my 2 cents.

No problem! I would go 45's in front.

With 275/60/15's on the rear and 245/60/15's on the front, how much space do you have between tire and fender lip in the back and front? Are you using 15x7 or 15 x 8 rims? Looks like you have stock level suspension in back and thus no air shocks correct? Thanks for the help. Charger looks great!

Actually, I have 285's on back on 8 " rims, and 245's in front on my 72 Rallye. Stock suspension. 0 problem.
