Hi guys
The 440 block and crank in my car came out of a 76 motor home. It’s a cast external balance but the flex plate is the one cut so no weight is needed. Or so they say. Anyway mines balanced zero rear. I think I’m going to need a new converter soon. The car won’t brake torque above 2500 anymore. In fact it creeps pretty hard at 750 hot idle and is sluggish off the line. If I tell them what my crank is will they know what I need ou do I need to pull it and measure. Recommend a good shop here on the east coast.
