Have posted questions about my engine build..thanks to those who responded...now on to the converter??

street car--STREET CAR.

-512" (4.25 crank) with original Max Wedge top end
-fairly large hydraulic street cam (255degrees exhaust @ .050)
-3:91 gear with tall tire (28-29") so it's more like a 3.55 actually

hoping for loads of torque....ran some computer simulations and maybe will see about 590-600lbs around 3000-3500rpm

With that in mind would there be any problem with a stock Mopar 10.75? From my reading it seems that may stall around 2400-2500 with that much torque.

I do not want a race converter......I've been there on a street car........takes away all the "muscle feel".

Call Kenny Ford at PTC. He will set you up with a reasonably priced converter that will work great. Last 2 we bought were less than $500.
