TQ fuel leak at fuel supply line

You need to determine where the leak is coming from:
- the fitting that screws into the air horn
- or the fuel line.
Exactly. Get a good, close look at the flare. If it's flattened on an edge, cracked, crimped, it's very difficult to get a good seal. A good mechanic seats the fitting in concentrically, so the fastening force is evenly distributed around the entire flare. If's it's cocked, one side will be crushed by over-tightening while the other side does not get a good seal.

Last 2 posts make excellent points. In your pictures I see the fuel line is long no rubber hose. That's not bad but to seat flare square on carb is harder.

Agreed but hard to see.
Going to put a fiber washer on brass fitting first and observe.
Fuel line observe.
What bothers me is that it NEVER leaked there before.
Just in case been searching for replacement fuel line seems not available anywhere, strange.

You can use copper flare washers to help seal a flare fitting if the fitting isn’t too screwed up.

Might want to check the underside of the carb housing at the inlet also if all else fails.
Wouldn't be the first time the housing cracked there...
