Trailer hitch

Interested in the most unobtrusive receiver type to fit 1968 Plymouth Satellite. Pulling a small single axle trailer and a 400 lb Cushman scooter. A bolt on to my frame would be good, don't want to drill holes in my rear bumper. Any suggestions?
