My 67 Coronet wagon has a towing package that includes a 26 inch core radiator (for a 318). The original radiator has started to leak, seems partially plugged up (slight temp rise on the highway even in freezing temps) and is generally worn out. I can't spend $300+ on a recore so I tried finding a cheap aluminum replacement - unfortunately, so far, this size radiator and the inlet/outlet arrangement have proven hard if not impossible to find.

It has both the inlet AND the outlet on the far driver's side. The upper hose hooks up directly above the lower hose - not offset toward the center. Here are the numbers on it:

I ordered a Champion radiator listed for my car after misreading the dimensions - too narrow. Every B-body radiator I can find with the right core dimensions has the upper hose on the passenger side.

Does this radiator exist anywhere as a cheap replacement? Or would I be better off getting a radiator with the wrong upper hose placement and using a flex hose?

champion had rads with your configuration under 200...and they're aluminum...and yes...I have bought/used 3 and getting another this spring

try car or automobile radiators--Winnipeg Manitoba on google. my local rad shop got one for me and he said it came from there, which i found odd.
