Trying to decode fender tag on 70 RR

EV2 These five things I can't find an answer for as to what they are if anyone can help shed some light on it.

Here's the fender tag how I read it...
N85 N96 R11 V21 V8X 26
V1X A36 G33 J25 J45 M21
EV2 H2X9 TX9 903 046084
E63 D21 RM23 NOG 113812

The car is painted Vitamin C and as far as I can tell it's the original color.I've only had the car for about three months so I'm wanting to decode it and see just what I've got.If anyone can help out with those numbers listed at the top I sure would appreciate it...thanks

H=high, 2=bench/vinyl and X9=black, so that works out to a standard black bench seat interior. TX9= black upper door frames. 903 should be your SPD or scheduled production date of Sept. 3rd `69 and the other number is the vehicle order #.

Is it painted EK2 Vitamin C or EV2 Tor Red? Sounds like a cool car.
