I decided to try out some 2" studs when mounting my TTD's - came out good with the Moroso black extended lug nuts: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mor-46330 . The nuts are 0.909" long including taper (60* conical). Perfect fit and meets thread engagement requirements. 3/4" socket fits well with the TTD wells too.
