TWO Superbirds Found in the Woods in Virginia! Check out the pictures & story!

Yes, according to the story there is.
Page 2 #31 "and lastly, there was a third car involved... a 68 Hemi roadrunner.... But that car is off the market for good (its gone)... I promised him that i would not discuss that one on here."
I thought it already was sold to another guy, "there was" "(its gone)"
Sorry

You cant believe that guy....just kidding, that is a great story. Mike is a great guy, he helped me out with plenty of advice on my bird.

I just have to say the original owner must have been insane. I know the story is good, and luckily these cars ended up with a future of driving, instead of one of rotting into the earth. I always cringe when I hear of cars being horded by someone that has no intention of ever getting them back on the road. Such a waste.

But those 2 birds are going to be awesome once they're done. Good to see. :)

I guess that's always been my way of doing things "treating potential buyers, hobbyists, and sellers with respect" . I have learned that going in to look at a car, not to think that the owner is anything, but the most informed about what he has. I have had to deal with rude door knockers on more than one occasion. When I open the door and someone treats me with respect they will learn that I am always willing to sell "for the right price", as I have accomplished many a deal by just treating the seller like they are the "great decider" and to be nice. Of course when I do receive one of those flippers or wannabe auto nuts, who is distracted by the project slowly making its way along in my driveway or garage, I normally take their phone number and talk for a while. All while being polite, having been on the side of a potential buyer having to deal with a very irrational owner. I know what it's like to be treated with disrespect on both sides. So I guess I kinda know what the guy was having to deal with, but personally I couldn't justify basically giving away a couple of superbirds especially when you own them for so long :love4:, I guess I would have figured he would have taken them to the grave, I know I would have
