Under dash harness

I have a job coming up on a 69 Charger RT, I believe I will need to replace the under dash harness. Is it possible to remove the dashboard as an assembly with the windshield in place?? Thanks

No. Glass out.

I did this a year ago. Seats out, steering column out, radio and glovebox out. Harness is really not that hard.

No need to pull the dash as @Bird 426 said. Just have to lay on the floor and work overhead.

The bolts to hold the dash frame in sit under the windshield gasket so the glass has to come out to get at them

Except I didn’t need to remove the steering wheel on my buddy’s 68 Charger
