FOR SALE Vintage Dixco tach for sale

I have a vintage 2 wire Dixco tach. It is a two wire-I have searched and found they made them. I think the ground is off the base of the tach.
Not sure if it works-I was told it did when I got it. Some paint peeling off the needle.
