We Need a,For B-Bodies only Run..what car would you bring.?.

I doubt we would ever get a large contingent together as we are all spread across the country, and globe for that matter.

How about something like that "hands across America" photo op years ago -- except it'd be "Bumpers Across America" instead? Then we'd only have to head out to the nearest east-west freeway and park chrome to chrome.

Must have been the wording. My intentions when I started the car were to have a car I could drive to the track. That could beat trailered bracket racers and put them back on the trailer. Then drive past them with the tunes jamming on the way out. My cars a tagged insured street car. I have a tighter converter than the 3800 I run with the 4.88s, to run 3.23s if I want to cruise long distance. With close to 600 ft lbs of torque it will turn 3.23s pretty good also.

Daredevil...LOL... I will drive my car to the track too, spank many a bracket guys until they see no cage, 100 mile each way now, I use to only live 12 miles or so from Scaramento Raceway, drove my old 68 RR, a 9.77 @ 135mph N/A or 8.58 @ 156 300 shot N20, with a 3800 stall 3.73/or 3.91/or 4.30 gears, I will my current car too, taged & insured when it's finally done, but I don't/won't drive it half way across the country either... that's what a trailer is for...LOL...

I think a good place to do this would be Ely, Nevada.

That wouldn't be too bad for the guys from the Rockies to the West coast...
