This is definitely a time of year to be jealous of Texas weather. We hit 70s for the first time this year. But only going to last a day. But its a start!

Thanks Roger, settling in well thanks. It was a funny thing, we were sitting on the patio and saw all these classic cars drive past. Well of course we had to investigate
