I do think it’s cool that it’s a stripe delete car. The original engine is gone. Talked to the guy who had it and he said he threw a rod through it in his drag car years ago.

In many instances, a stripe delete can mean even more exclusiveness
Yeah, it was considered inconspicious.
And, "one" could always add a Stripe kit if one wished to do so.
Many "Drag" cars had blown engines
The rarity of a 1970 Coronet R/T is nothing to scoff at.
