What is the hole in the cowl for?

I'm in the final stage of putting it back together. The hole to the left of the wiper motor. It's a ram air car. Is this where the ram air cable comes thru? It's a 1969 R/T convert. Thanks guys.

Yes, that's the cable pass through for the ram air flaps.
 
Are your new suspension parts tight already?
