North of the 10 in Covina----Not W-Covina.

Brain fart. My girlfriends sister lives about a mile away, on cypress.
Girlfriend's house is in west covina, we go to the El Loco on glendora blvd. Just off Vincent.

The bar where the blacks hung out.... I don't think Covid had anything to do with it though...

I can't think of one restaurant that shut down, this is redneck country, we don't listen very well.

There was a period of time where restaurants were shut down but they seemed to stay busy with takeouts, other restaurants (mom and pop type) refused to shut down but people wasted zero time getting back to business as usual. If there's another I really hope there's a collective nationwide!
