Peanut butter, dill pickle, grape jelly sandwich. I also like ketchup on my scrambled eggs or egg sandwich!

spicy foods ( especially peppers/chilli )give me incredible indigestion , think "oh god I'm having a heart attack "

Are you an adventurous eater? no on the most part but ..
steak with Worchester sauce with a glass of milk , something I discovered as a kid sort of like steak diane but not

Peanut Butter & Mayo on whole wheat toast, cocktail onions straight from the jar, and some other oddball stuff.

Liver and onions, squash pie, haven't had a decent version of either one since mom died a few years ago.
Dad always made the potato salad and it was pretty good. It took my wife about a year to duplicate the way he made it (well, only made it about 1 or 2 times a money) after he passed away but she got it. And sorry for your loss.....

Vegemite sandwich with lettuce & grated cheese.

and spoonful in a chilli or bolognese sauce works wonders.

The people were so friendly and hospitable...The Food ..a little spicy..but I like it that way... Think I'll go back before the end of this year..
