Band of Brothers mini series doesn't count.

I like Hamburger Hill. I had an older cousin who went AWOL after that battle. He came to our house while he was on the run. My dad wasn't happy.

I would make a tractor joke but I'm the world's worst speller. I tried to make a poster for you but Chat GTP said this.

Here’s a gritty, cinematic concept inspired by the classic The Deer Hunter—but flipped into your wild desert tractor-hunt idea:

THE DEERE HUNTER

Tagline:
“Out here… the machine hunts back.”

️ Poster Visual Concept

A blazing desert at sunset—heat waves rising off cracked earth.
Front and center: a rugged, sunburned lone man in dusty boots, gripping a hunting rifle.

In the distance…
A massive green John Deere tractor sits partially buried in sand like a predator lying in wait.

  • The tractor’s headlights glow like eyes
  • Tire tracks snake through the dunes… circling the man
  • A torn hat blows across the sand
  • Buzzards overhead

Composition Details

  • Foreground: The hunter, tense, sweat dripping, staring down his prey
  • Midground: Deep, aggressive tire tracks forming a hunting pattern
  • Background: The tractor—slightly angled, ominous, almost alive
  • Sky: Blood-orange sunset fading to dark purple storm clouds

Title Treatment

Big, distressed lettering:

THE DEERE HUNTER

  • “DEERE” subtly styled in green/yellow tones
  • Bullet holes or rust textures in the font

Story Tease (Poster Text)

“He came to track it…”
“…but it learned to track him.”

Tone & Style

  • Part survival thriller
  • Part absurd dark comedy
  • Think No Country for Old Men meets farm equipment gone rogue

If you want, I can generate the actual poster image in this style—gritty, realistic, or even over-the-top grindhouse
