Oreillys has a " Refinshers Guide" catalog, get them to order/give you one. What you want is their part number MMM 8656, page 114. I purchase a 98% of my paint and body needs through them.

Ya, sorry I can't help with changing your state laws, so, your options are find a brand that is allowed for purchase in your state or purchase what you want out of state by friends/family and bring it in.

I had issues with seam sealer from somewhere can't recall, but Eastwood sent some evercoat seam sealer to me. Try them or a different supplier.
