So I was surfing the internet and found this charger and saw the grille of it, is this a custom made one or is this something you can buy?

Looks custom to me. Expanded metal cut to fit.
I did something similar on a ford truck to replace
a busted up plastic grille.

Custom.
European or Japanese plate. Probably used what was locally available.

Home Depot, looks like diamond cut-out metal sheet painted black

That's some 'Roadkill' stuff right there....but with better looking paint.

Headlights behind makeshift grill; don't think that would fly in PA. Might be OK in some other states. ruffcut

Metal supply yard, ACE hardware, Welding supply.......then cut and form it yourself.

Before and after 1940 Plymouth truck grille.
Used expanded metal and patio furniture
chair arm rests.

A guy at DC.com made a center section for a '70 Charger out of some refrigerator grate. It actually looked okay.
