Hi, Kurt. I'd like to give you a free decode of this car's fender tag and, at least, the first four of the VIN. Example attached. Your car parked in front of Buffet's house? Rich B. A Nebraskan residing in CA.
Beautiful! I have always liked the 1962 Chryslers. A friend of mine has a '62 300 Sport (non-letter) in white. It has dual air conditioning.
My dad’s boss that year drove the same car in red. His secretary drove a black 1960 New Yorker. It was destiny that I drove a black Chrysler 300F 25 years later. The instrument panel those cars share has never been surpassed.Beautiful! I have always liked the 1962 Chryslers. A friend of mine has a '62 300 Sport (non-letter) in white. In 1962, I was in 10th grade and into the second year of going steady with my girlfriend from 8th grade, who is now my wife of 58 years. In '69, together we special-ordered our '69 Charger. She picked the F3 Light Green Metallic color and I picked the 383 HP and 4-speed. After 56 years, we still have it. I guess I tend to appreciate beauty and I keep my "stuff" for a long time.
