I recently purchased a 1973 Dodge Charger 400 bb 2 bbl I kept hearing a rattle pulling into the garage. I decided I have to find it I took the air cleaner off and noticed a vacuum tube laying down on the bell housing it has a sheet metal screw in one end and the other end is plugged into the back of the manifold next to the brake boater hose. Any suggestions on where this should be going ?

Common for people to by-pass .Allot of the smog area cars had their plumbing removed/rerouted over the years.
