I've decided to stick with blue on the 71 Charger for paint, original B5 is what it came with, but...I like some of the more modern B5's and clear water blue found on 05+ Scat Challengers as well.

Here's a comparison for B5 and B7 on a couple old Cuda's

The B7 is really growing on me a lot.

Here are some Summit Racing Blues in Polyurethane seeming very similar to B3, B5 and B7

I'd like some opinions/choice if you were painting a 71 Charger-no other colors please, many gorgeous ones to choose from but sticking with blue. And yes, ultimately my preference, just want some feedback, leaning towards a B7

B5 for me. The paint and light does make a difference in the tone. This was originally B3 but the previous owner repainted it B5. I kind of wish it was still B3. Not many of them that color that I have seen.

Can I vote for all 3 ? Each one is a beautiful color. Since I had a Jamaica Blue Plymouth many moons ago, it creeps to the top of my preference. Can't go wrong with any of them, though.

B5 for me like on my blue 70 Challenger. However, I do like the newer blue streak pearl on my 12 Challenger also.

B5 blue varies by year, but I like them all. My '70 Charger is EB5. The GB5 used for 1971 is supposedly a little bit darker than EB5.

Best friend has a A66 challenger in B7. It's a stunner.
And B3 is rare, and attractive.
But if your car is B5, I'd put on a modem version.
(NOT real fond of the indigo, personal opinion only)

Shame on you :poke: :drinks:

My red 70 Charger is originally B3 blue. Still undecided if someday when I paint it to go back the red or the original B3.
