68 Coronet: I know the red wire is the 12V from the battery. But when the key is turned to Accessory, which wire on the ignition switch goes hot?

Black is accessory.
Ok, I can't get my head around this. The black goes to (among other places) the flasher. The flashers work without the key in the ignition... right? I know it's not the BRN, YEL or RED, but the BLU/WHT goes to pin G of the round instrument connector... shouldn't that be Accessory, to activate the gauge cluster?

You are not making any sense. Go back and read what you posted. The black wire is the keyed 12 volt feed to the fuse panel. You need to tell us what is not working. Or what exactly you are trying to fix.

1-Red is 12 volt battery feed.
2-Yellow is crank feed for starter relay.
3-Black is keyed 12 Accessory feed to fuse panel
4-Blue is keyed ignition 1
5-Brown is keyed ignition 2

Hmmm my schematics all include the circuit names, but they're old hard copies.
The black goes to the turn signal flasher via a splice but not the emergency flasher. Follow your diagrams carefully and you'll see what's hot, when, and what isn't.

I'm making as much sense as a dumb hillbilly can. I apologize for not knowing these circuits as well as you, sir. It's not that something is no longer functioning; I'm installing a Dakota Digital gauge package, and the control box requires a 12V constant - which I've taken care of... and a 12V accessory line. It's the latter that I'm trying to locate.

Thanks for the help. Much appreciated
