Hello everyone hope everyone is well. I have been driving the 73 Roadrunner around. Thought i heard a little rocker tic. Pulled cover and has alunium rollers. Trying figure brand and any specs. I pretty sure 1.6 ratio Can’t seem to find who made the rocker set up. Any ideas ? Thanks.

I would say., Scorpion rocker arms. Scorpion actually manufacturers rocker arm bodies for Mopar Performance and Crane back in the day and still make them for Comp Cams, Edelbrock, Hughes, Proform and many others today. Scorpion also has their own anodizing lines, so they can also make them in any color the manufacturers wants.

What makes you think the rockers are the issue ?
I’m not sure if there is an issue. Since car is new to me. I wanted to take a peak and just check. Motor is a 470 stroker but all i have is dyno sheet and motor builder from 2010. Just trying to find infor for specs and keep a record. Thanks.

First question: is it a solid lifter cam - easy enough to figure out. If so, lifter/rocker noise is normal. And if it IS a solid lifter cam then it wouldn't hurt to check valve lash.

If its a hydralic lifter cam then you want to check that a) you don't have a collapded lift and b) that the preload is correct on all of them.

Here is a handy chart for checking either/or ...
