Meanwhile, with more power than the original Pratt & Whitney R-985 Wasp radial engine, Harbour Air is getting closer to electric commercial aircraft operations. This 63 year old DeHavilland Beaver is getting a 750 hp. electric motor. (Harbour Air is in my neck of the woods, serving the Vancouver area with over 40 float planes).
