If those new engine nozzles are for the WS-10C engine, I'll have to admit that I can't see any difference between the old and the new in those pictures.

Never mind, the very bottom picture does have scalloped exhaust.

You would think an airliner should reflect a large radar signal.

It greatly reduces engine exhaust noise by blending the boundary layer between hot exhaust and cold outside air.
