Why ?

I understand they wanted to make it secure , it’s hard to see but they welded the bolts ! Why Why Why !!!!
Yeah there is a way to get the bolt out to either adjust or replace bushing, but why make it so hard?

Some people fail to understand that future adjustments, repairs or maintenance may require being able to reasonably access these parts. They simply can’t turn the page and actually think it through.
