Was sounds like U already bought it. Why not set it up and take a pic?

Saw one on a red 65 Coronet looked good. You will get that it they didn't come on 65's.Fookem. Don't care for the lip mount, it would be tough cutting a hole and mounting it underneath.

Depends on your fiberglassing skills, Personally I would cut the flange off & create stud bosses on the underside out of reinforced fiberglass...

Some only care about function, then again some of us prefer a more finished appearance...

$75 was unbeatable... and I met another good Mopar guy here in the Northwoods.

I will either use panel bond or silicone construction adhesive to mount it. Maybe just a tiny line of silicone adhesive to see how it looks before I glue it down permanently.

I don't think I will cut a hole in the hood... I will leave that decision to the guy that owns my car after I die. But I may fabricate a plug that will keep road debris out of the scoop.

Maybe I will get rich and find a $100 fiberglass hood! Then I could cut a hole. We will see...

It is going on my $800 beater '65 Coronet...

This is mine on my 65 Coronet. I saw this one and had to have it. I have a major thing about hoods.
