Add to this that being on time means you show up at least 10 minutes before you punch in, put your crap away, uniform on etc and are ready to hit the ground running when you punch in. It's amazing how many don't get this, even so called "Professionals". Like doctors.

Our teen age son and buddies stood on the fenders of one of the 66 or 67 Chargers. Put a post through the chain and lifted the engine out. Some of the foolish things young do.
