It's worth more than 5k if it's as solid as it looks. FWIW I just did a trade with a friend for a 64 330 roller. Nice California body with everything but motor and trans. Nice car. He was asking 6k.

why is there a price tag on what you like n want . if funds are that tight , then older cars are not in your future , there tons of money every time up turn around , and insurance companies hate them , always trying to low ball you on any damages . got to carry all your build receipt with it just to prove of it worth . so don't go at vintage cars like your going to get your moneys worth , to many ways to lose . i look at it like this , enjoy your ride how ever you build it , get your moneys worth each and every time you smile . my 63 sfgc ex racer is price less , too me . lol

$6000/6500.. I bought one about 6 years ago for 5k about the same shape or a little better, it was black with red interior and I felt I stole it. Put a 440 in it, some money in suspension, and a few other things, scooped the hood and got $13500 a year later.
