Wtf is this bracket?

I had this bracket and it fits in the passenger side head. I believe it’s for a alternator relocation. I tried using the bracket I bought from a guy here but the main y looking bracket lines up with the head hole and the bottom water pump hole but it’s too short for the bolt that goes below the tsat housing. The bracket I’m posting is a wtf bracket.

Please show me the correct positioning. I tried it all different ways I can only get them to line up with 2 holes in the current position.

I'd have to pull a radiator to get a proper angle for a picture. That is a NON A/C alternator bracket. The hole in the middle is for access to the water temp sending unit.
Like a lot of things with cars, I can usually figure it out when it is in front of me but describing it from memory can be hard to do.

You have the wrong year bracket or the wrong year water pump housing.

Kern dog’s pic above has the correct bracket and housing match. You have a 73 up pump housing.

First bracket you posted is used with factory air

The water pump housing is part number 2468007. Says 64 to 66.. So I think the ones I got from the guy here are just wrong.... 67-up

Thats a good picture. I think I need to just buy a new set of brackets for the 64-66 engines.

That’s it! I had the year wrong On the housing but yes you need the older bracket

Reading the description of that one it says HEMI cars But it shows the 2468007 pump housing.. I assume its the same as for B/RB ?
