Anybody see this it was on last night the Desert Valley auto part tv show car kings or something they "fixed up" a 1968 Charger all I have to say is after it was done and they showed it WOW!!! This thing was a total 30 footer! Nastiest looking rush job I have ever seen they should have been ashamed to turn out such a turd, I noticed the valance corners were all smooth!!! and the paint there looked like 36 grit paper!!! was a nasty green color to boot, rush job like none other had to be the worst car I have seen them turn out yet, interior looked rushed missing parts here and there! They were trying to put a 67 console in it until they found a correct on thank goodness, just unbelievable. But hey they are in it to make money and could give a rat's rear what happens after it leaves there but man I would be ashamed.

Desert Valley Auto Parts in Phoenix, AZ. is just a junk yard specializing in old 60s 70s cars. So if it is them what else would you expect from a junk yard.

I know they are a junk yard! but why in the hell if you had a national TV show would anyone in their right mind turn out crap like that? You would think that they might want to start restoring cars but they are not going to do that with that kind of work!

Well, I have personally been there several times. It is JUST a junkyard. How in the world they got a TV show like this I will never know. No accounting for Hollywood and what they think people will watch. I know I won't be tuning in. JUST SAY NO TO BAD TV.

I agree, terrible show! I tried watching it once and couldn't make it past 10 minutes of it, truely painful. Like watching monkeys f__K a football!

I haven't finished watching the show. I have bought parts from them and was satisfied with what I got. But, I just kept hearing how '68 Chargers just aren't around and parts are no where to be found. So, I turned it off.

19 seconds.......Wow. Almost the same caliber as the feared Escort Wagon.

Even worse... 6400#s of 360 Maxi Van 3.21 gears

170 net HP ............18.8 sec.

Hey ! My Escort H.O. would have kicked it`s *** !
Of course, it WAS a stick car & the DVAP Charger is an auto. So we have to allow for that.D.
