Find this guy!!

I'm in favor of keeping guns from non citizens. Was this guy a non citizen?

The NRA is not for arming terrorists. Its for making sure that all law abiding citizens arent denied theyre 2nd amendment rights. This jackoff would have found gun just the same as he found the knowledge to build the bombs. I dont know why that truth is never acknowledged by gun control activists.
Are you honestly going to claim that BHO wouldn't confiscate any and every firearm from all law abiding citizens if he were allowed to. Damn right he would.

The NRA had absolutely nothing to do with this guy acquiring a firearm. BTW I've not heard what kind of gun he had or where he acquired it. If it were an AR every Liberal news pundit on the planet would have blown the TV up reporting it. If it were purchased from a store legally the same people would have harassed the store owner mercilessly by now. Have the police released any of that info?

He was a naturalized citizen. He came here as a young child. The thing RC wrote is not accurate, the FBI did investigate. I read were he went back to Afghanistan. These people come here live here and get radicalized and we all need to be concerned. Trump is partially right when he talks of limiting the number of these people entering the country. Its sheer lunacy to have a open door policy and even more to sell them firearms. For God sake you people that support Trump and want to ban Muslims don't seem to have a problem when they buy firearms. Another thing your right if it was a AR liberals would be going crazy. You think terrorists who are legal in this country should be able to buy a AR? Were arming people that want to kill us. You think its bad now, just wait. Were going to have to arm every law abiding citizen thats wants it

It's a shame that they took him alive.

System will offer extended stay with ‘room service’ once again

Donald Trump in Fort Myers, Fla., on Monday night predicted that the latest of this nightmare stream of foreign-born Muslim terror bombers will get an “outstanding lawyer” and “room service” for himself.

Correction, Mr. Trump: Ahmad Khan Rahami will have outstanding lawyers, plural. And the room service won’t be just for himself, it’ll be for his entire extended family of Third World mendicants they’ll be bringing over from Afghanistan, on our dime, for his trial.

That’s how it played out two years ago at the trial of the surviving Tsarnaev brother, the Joker. He may be locked up in the Super Max in Colorado, but for his lawyers, the Joker is the gift that keeps on giving.

Their endless appeals of his death sentence are heartfelt. I mean, he’s going to be their meal ticket for the rest of their lives, if they can just keep him out of the chair. Talk about don’t kill the job.

You may recall how Tsarnaev had two teams of lawyers, one for the trial, the second to fight the death penalty (not in play for the Chicken Man). He had not only a jury consultant but a pollster, to take the pulse of the jury pool not just in Boston, but also in New York and D.C. No expense is too much — not if the infidels are picking up the tab.

And then there was the sentencing phase — that’s when they flew in the Joker’s entire extended family, remember?

It was spring, flowers in bloom, a Red Sox homestand, and … front desk, the service bar in my suite is out of Grey Goose vodka nips, and the maid only left me one Godiva when she turned down the spread! Send up some more or I’m calling CAIR — I have them on speed dial, you Crusader dog.

Being a public defender is great, at least if you’re the defender. If you’re the public, not so much. Whitey Bulger’s tab was maybe $5 million, Tsarnaev’s must be at least three times that already, the meter is still running, and he’s only 23 years old.

This whole thing is unfolding like a rerun of the aftermath of the Boston Marathon, minus the fatalities, thank goodness. They come over here seeking “asylum” and immediately begin a life of crime and leeching.

Rahami won’t make the cover of Rolling Stone — not quite buff enough, plus his hair doesn’t “tousle.” But how long until someone calls him an “All-American boy”?

What is it with these savages? They seek “asylum,” which is Pashtu for “free money.” But after a few years they’re back vacationing in the land that so persecuted them. And where do they get the money for all the airline tickets to Lahore? Does Pakistan Air take EBT cards?

Consider the similarities. Rahami stabs his brother, Speedbump shanks three Jewish drug dealers in Waltham. Rahami’s father rats him out to the FBI, the Russian secret service does the same to Tsarnaev. In both cases, the G-men totally drop the ball.

Both leave behind bloodstained anti-American manifestos, Rahami’s in a notebook, Tsarnaev on the side of the Slipaway, that little boat in Watertown.

Mr. Speaker, it’s time to close the hospitality industry pressure-cooker loophole.

How many times have i read on FBBO forum about how the president is trampling on the Constitution? If i read that once,i read it a couple of hundred times over the years I've been a member here. Rahami will have his rights,he will not be pampered and will have a public defender. The case the FBI and NYC are building against him will put him behind bars for life. If you think life at Super Max is a cake walk your misinformed. Were my thoughts differ is i think Rahami is a enemy of the United States. I think his citizenship should be immediately revoked and he be tried as a enemy combatant in a military trial. We offered Germany Nazi soldiers as well as Japanese's who were accused of war crimes a trial,we are obliged to do the same to Rahami. If you object then you do not support the principles on which this country is founded. The problem is now we do what we do so often and thats go to the extreme. Endless appeals, special this and that, all done not to offend. Well the time not to offend is over. The FBI did not drop the ball. Its my belief that when Rahami went back to Afghanistan he became radicalized, when he returned here the hate he saw against Muslim just intensified his feelings. His father called him a terrorist based on personal interaction within the family. While its true alarm bells should sound,if he did not commit a crime at that point and the FBI didn't find anything, what more that can be done? The solution has to come from within the Muslim community. We must show them the same we show other immigrants and they in turn must show loyalty to this country and police there own. Anyone who knows anything about immigrants entering this country legally knows they are vetted. My opinion is we have to have limits on immigration. We especially have to be aware of immigrants entering here from religions or countries that historically hate us. That is not a total ban but a absolutely necessary move due to the state of affairs were in now.

"Police their own?" I hope you don't mean let them have their own system of law, and courts. Sharia. France has been letting them "police their own" That hasn't been working so well.
If the Muslims have been condemning such behavior from fellow Muslims the news hasn't been reporting it.
They need to adhere to our laws... period.. All noncompliance should be answered with immediate deportation...
As for Super max... They are put in P.C. not generally pop. I'm sure they probably get HBO and NFL Sunday ticket in solitary. In addition to their caviar.

Rahami will have his rights,he will not be pampered and will have a public defender.

The Joker (and Whitey Bulger) didn't get your run of the mill local public defender that you and I would get; rather, they got the best team of lawyers that tax money can buy. Here are the Joker's lawyers...

Police there own is a term used often. It means they in there own community know more about whats going on within that community and if they learn of anything thats of a criminal activity they report it immediately to law enforcement. So,no i don't mean there own laws/courts. Don't know were you ever got that idea.

---------------------Who paid for the FBI agents lawyer?

Handicap bullshit. Turning over a new stone? What the hell does that mean? What i said sums up whats going on right now in this country including Muslims that hate Americans being able to buy any firearm they want and kill us. Thats what you support.
No it's political correctness that prevents us from profiling which isn't on the the gun stores or the NRA. I support "US" having the guns and ammo to defend ourselves. You want to point fingers point it at the media and politicians. They want gun violence because it gives them the needed ammo to vilify it. Perfect example is the armed citizen report from the NRA, how often has that made the news? What???? you mean people are actually using guns to defend themselves.... like I said it's an agenda and nothing more.

The honor system only applies to those with morals. I rarely hear condemnation from the Muslim community toward those who commit atrocities.. All we hear is complaints of Islamophobia or that this is what happens to those who insult the prophet.. Only under extreme pressure do they reluctantly condemn acts of terror..
I do not believe that they can be trusted to report suspicious activities from members of their inner community.. After all why would they snitch on their "imams". They for the most part do not even consider themselves American.

Did rolling Stone pay him to put his picture on the cover? If so where did that $ go?

So what's the solution? Appears as though the gun dealer didn't perform an adequate background check, if they had they would have found a prior domestic assault. I'm in total favor of not selling guns to anybody named Muhammad, Mohammed, Muhammed, Mohammet, Ahmed, Akbar or anybody else who is obviously a Muslim. Once they (gun control lobby) get started down that slippery slope what's next? Anybody of German ancestry because you may be Nazi, anybody of Asian ancestry because you might be chi-com? How about outlaw all southerners from owning, they might be a Confederate flag owner. Oh no...

The article you supplied stated that he had a prior domestic. That excluded him from owning a gun. The proper background check was not performed. So what's the solution?

Your not getting my guns.. Ever...period

BTW this fool didn't commit any terrorism with his glock.( I know he fired at the police) He did far more damage with a pressure cooker... The people who sold him that should have done a background check....
I'm not going to concede my rights to purchase or carry just because some terrorist ended up with a gun. .

Who wants your guns? Who ever said anything about taking your guns? Just another paranoid rant. So your defense is he didn't use that gun for terrorism but trying to kill some cops is different? Again your argument is typical. You simply support the right of any person in this country legally, not a citizen, from countries and religions that hate America the right to buy firearms. Thats the truth dont deny it and if Americans are killed as a result thats the way it is

I said he did more damage with a pressure cooker. I also said I didn't want anybody from (middle east or a muslim) to own a gun. Did you read that? I do not however trust that "the powers that be" will stop there. Why not go a little further. Take guns from people who are your political opponent.
Also you ignored mentioning the part about the gun store not doing an adequate background check.
I'm don't trust these people with guns, but I do trust myself with guns. I feel a whole lot safer when people like myself and many others are carrying protection concealed beneath my shirt..
I'm not willing to trust the government to only take Muhammad's gun. I don't think they will stop with him.
Do you own a firearm?

So lets use your logic. You don't trust the government to take a Mulism's gun because you think they wont stop with them(Muslims) But you do support not letting them in the country. However once there here they can buy any gun they want and some will and do use these weapons to kill Americans. Do i have that correct? What i own or don't own has nothing to do with the discussion and I'm not interested in what you own. AS far as i read that gun store did do a background check and nothing showed. Im betting because there was no conviction but your argument that the background check wasn't done correctly brings up another question. Why wasn't it done correctly and what now happens to that gun dealer now.

I'm not sharing what I own. Just acknowledge that I do own. I asked you if you own because it tells me whether or not your just anti-gun or whether overreach will effect you as well...
Unless I misread, he had a domestic assault conviction. That automatically ends your 2nd amendment right... That should be on your criminal record like a dui is on your driving. (Trust me I know a few).. So if the background check was performed properly and no domestic showed up (but should have) then what. I would say the feds f_cked up. Why not they f mess lots up. This guy was already on their list which was another red flag.. .
0 for 2 the feds are in this case. IMO....
Kind of makes you wonder if maybe they wanted this guy to get a gun legally. Wouldn't be the first time the Obama administration intentionally put guns into the hands of really, really bad people in an effort to find an excuse to take guns from honest people. e.i. Fast and Furious
BTW you expect me to believe that he couldn't have found one on the black market and actually needed to go to Virginia?
Let us not forget. The gun in this case was not "instrument of death" but merely a tool used in a desperate attempt to get away... I'm not sure why it's getting the vast majority of the scrutiny and not his connections, knowledge of bombs, financial backings ect. Makes me suspect that gun control is the issue here and not terrorism.

Steve why does your President continue to protect these people? Then you have to mention the NRA who are an american Tradition representing Law abiding Honest Americans. Maybe if your twisted Failure President would resign now then we could move forward.
