Blown, EFI 426 Hemi Willys Build

We'll set it as far back as necessary to clear the nose and leave enough room for radiator (s).. not going to be raced so weight txfr. Isn't that important to me.
NOT RACED???? LOL
My engine has well over 10k miles on it in the 5 trouble free years since the last spa treatment. I try to get to the track a few times a year. Even nostalgia and old time drags. I exersice the elephant regularly. Sorry to hear it's a street queen:(

You must be a freaKK,how could NOT want to make a pass in this beast!!
Lol. Well, the way i look at it; I wouldnt eat filet on a bun; nor order lobster tail with a hamburger... Different builds for different reasons...

Tis each by all means. I have a mege block with stock iron heads and have over 10k miles with a few trips to the track every year. Not a competeter, just an exibitionist!
Be that as it may this 3900 lb brick has gone mid 9s at 145 mph. Can't imagine what that feather weight would go with traction!!!

Plugging along on the willys... decided to add a new wrinkle to the plan.... 1941 Dodge, COE, Crew Cab, Hauler!!! This is exactly how I "sold" it to DW.... "Ya know, If I built a carhauler for the Willys, I could sell my 3/4 ton Dodge (which she hates) and not have to buy a car trailer, plus; I could use it to haul the other cars as well..." It worked.. mostly..

Anyway here are a couple picts of the '41 COE we picked up in Idaho yesterday and one pict of the '39 Donor we found a couple weeks ago... The '41's sheet metal is damn near perfect and is a clear title '41 California truck. So it will be a matching set; '41 Dodge hauling a '41 prostreet Willys... Matchbox toys for big boys!!!
