exhaust hanger bracket that attaches to frame rail

I have question regarding these two exhaust hangers:

Ive installed two new frame rails. These brackets are supposed to bolt into the frame rail but the new frame rails dont have bolts welded. The FSM mentions UNuts but im unable to locate what type of U-Nut i should be using. i want to figure this portion out before i weld in my new floors, unless i need to weld a nut inside the frame rail.

go ahead and weld them in. then get a nutsert kit.
