See what today's gas does to stuff! Or did you accidentally bang the fitting?

I was polishing the case when the fitting fell apart.Looked at the other fitting and it was loose also.
How can this Chinese **** pass NHRA tech?? Bought Aeroquip like the rest of my fittings.

So seriously
What went wrong that didn't allow you to get out this past weekend?
You were documenting your progress, working late and making great progress.

Got the race pak logger dash back from them after an overhaul. Finally make a test hit!! Boost is right where I hoped it would be @13.3 UD!! I have the pump gas boost level figured out!!Bought a pail of c16 that will support 14 lbs which is almost 18:1 overall effective CR.
After that test hit,oil pressure was down:(. Dropped the pan and the King rod bearings had a coating that was washed off.Picked up a set of clevite rod bearings and rolled them in last night.Soon as the weatherman gives me the go ahead,Make another test hit with 10 to 12 lbs of boost.

Rolled in a set of Clevites and buttoned the bottom end.We changed the valve springs also. With the -50 retainers there was too much spring pressure.Put the top end on last night and went to a local cruze. On the way back went to the test area.
The wait was worth every day to get it right!! Only went to 5300 in high gear but,,,,,,HOLY MOLEY!!! It felt GREAT and the front end is so tight,no sawing on the steering wheel. Now when I get a chance, will drain the pump gas out.Bought a 5 gallon pail of c16 and try maybe 10 lbs.I'm smiling again
