The lasted Oak Island show was about Rick getting bit by a tick. Some real good treasure hunting on that episode.

I sure wouldnt be poking holes on a private Dime to find out the treasure belongs to the goverment.. .. they can dig there own holes otherwize leave it as a mystery.. I wonder if they have to replant everything they tear up as well? Just like strip mining for gold.. they leave a friggen mess behind .. what a shame..

I don't care what the nay-sayers and pessimists say, I enjoy the show . If I miss an episode, I catch it the next week. Even if it is 100% fake, I still like the show. Better than the stupid " reality" car shows that portray car enthusiasts as immature fools.........................MO

I watched the first two seasons, but when it went nowhere with their false drama, I stopped. If I'm flipping around the channels and just happen to catch it, I'll watch it for a couple minutes and then move on.

something to keep more interest maybe ?

Seems to me, that they do better walking around

Sorry but it's "Drama fabricated" instead of actual finding anything,
every week another tease, they found something significant,
when in the end it's still nothing & a **** load of speculation...

I will watch it for a while, 15 min.'s here & there
if nothing &/or almost anything is on, that's better...
Sounds like from most comments, I really haven't missed anything...

The producers have a good handle on how to bring a viewer back.
Just for fun-- suppose they found the final answer/treasure?--That would make a great last show. The huge problem is that it would be the end.
