Fantomworks ?

Sorry...I was referring to coloradodave who cut and ran. My mistake.

Okay, I'll try one more time:
1) Here is what I said. "You made my point. Bring on the guy who got the raw deal. I'll listen to him and draw my own conclusion."
2) I called you out because you were the one who stated, "Word has it Fantomworks are (sic) a bit shady."
3) I do not have any personal experience with Fantomworks, therefore I am not saying they do good work or bad. Only that unless you, yourself, have personal knowledge or documented proof, it is gossip and unfair to Dan Short and his crew.
PS: Slap Stick, there was a time in my life when "cut and run" would get you a far different response...

What I've come to learn is when your in business providing a service be it car restoration to cleaning clogged sewer lines, no matter how dedicated you are to your customers, no matter how reasonable you are in the fees you charge, no matter how honest you are, someone sooner or later will complain and bad mouth you and the service you provide
For the most part its often a customer who wants something for nothing or next to nothing, the same guy who you have to chase for money and a customer who never seems to be satisfied no matter how hard you try to make them happy.

Now short Dan has an overheating straight 6 in a 49 Chevy truck. Can't figure it out so he installs an electric fan. Bandaid. Find the problem and fix it right. It cooled in 49 without the electric fan.

Am in the dry clean business and you're absolutely right steve , no matter how clean the garment is, the customer always try to find a spot or a stain they even take the clothes directly to the sun light and move it like it is a hologram for the love of God and when they found it is usually fuss or they just put a new stain with a dirty finger you just can't satisfy all your customers is impossible.
