Oh man, i LOVE the big daisies!

Thanks!! I always liked the daisy/200S wheels but in 14 & 15" sizes the spokes can be "heavy" or "Bulky" in the 17" size I think the proportions are better..

And just the opposite is true of Torque Thrusts in 15" they look great but the 17" look a little light or spindly...

I had been looking at buying 17" Torque Thrusts but just wasn't feeling it, then I saw the 200S's on a Camaro... Hey, I know Camaro but the guy had made good choices & it looked awesome...

A friend of mine in the seventies had a 56 chevy with a set of daisies on it, looked like "two lane blacktop" 55, except his had nice black paint. He's still a friend, still has his 56.
I have six of the original daisies, two 15x7, four 15x8, the 8's dont fit much, too little backspace, and all of them need work. I bought a pair of 16x8 tt2s , cause i got a heck of a deal on some new slicks, and a not-too-bad deal,on the wheels to match, 15x7s for the front.

Those wheel look great on your car - what size are you running?
While you are sharing what brand and size of tires are pictured?
I love how they fill the wheel well.
Thanks

My pile finally coming together.

Some nice B bodies. I have a buddy in Buffalo NY with a 69 R/T I found for him and couldn’t buy myself as was in HS delivering pizza at night. I saw this B5 white interior column shift white tail sitting alongside a house I delivered to for a couple years. Told my buddy about it and he got it for $300.00 in 1975 I think. Car needed engine done. Think he still has it pretty much untouched since 70’s.

The car is actually my buddies, the tires & wheels are mine, my car isn't done yet, we bolted them on his car to see how it would look... If it were my car I would have lowered it some.. But it was just a test...

17x8 in front, 17x11 in the rear....

Tires are Goodyear F1 Eagles....

The fronts are 245/55-17's 27.6" tall & 9.7 wide in the sidewall 7.7 tread width..

Rears are kinda special, they were made for the McLaren F1 & currently are out of production

315/45-17 28.9" tall 13.1" wide in the sidewall & 12.1" of tread width...

Currently the only 315's seem to be 315/35-17 & they are really short...

M&H does make a drag radial at 325/45-17 which should be very close, per their specs it's slightly narrower & shorter than Goodyears 315/45-17

Some great pictures of cars being restored, I got mine ready for test drives and had to jump in here! After 5 years of working on her, she finally got on the road, trying to give the Sniper some time to "learn". With 18's all around, EFI and an adapted 6 speed auto, she will be great for long treks and travel to car shows. Still have to collect money for an interior and hoping the economy will pick up soon to give me that final leg of the journey. Thank you FBBO members for all the help along the way. Mocajava

Had a slight throttle" issue" pulling into driveway....marking my territory!

Looks fantastic! Congrats on getting in on the road.

Some really sweet Bees and R/Ts in this thread. Of course I’ve always been a GTX man but I have to say these are very close for me. Love all the great pics. Thx for posting guys!

Just getting started...someone painted it B7...and the clear is falling off...thankyou Arizona sun....but it's going back to B3 as soon as I can get it to that point. I'm not seeing many B3 B bodies lately
